Patmos, the Holy Island of the Aegean, has drawn Christian pilgrims to it for centuries. It was while in exile on this island that Jesus’s disciple, John, the Apostle of Love, and the writer of the fourth Gospel, received the message from God which became known as the Apocalypse of St John, or Book of Revelations.

Because of my personal devotion to St John, I have made frequent visits to Patmos since my first visit nearly thirty years ago. It has become my spiritual home. And for the last six years it has been my immense joy to share its sacred spaces with groups of people who have felt the calling to connect also with the energy of the Beloved Disciple on a retreat.

A six day retreat on Patmos offers the possibility to spend time in some of the sites most associated with St John, the Cave of the Apolcalypse where he received the Book of Revelation, the Monastery of Saint John, a tiny chapel where it is said he baptised people and which possesses a profound peace that I have not come across anywhere else in the world.

Days will begin and end with meditation and, except on the two silent days, daily channelings with White Bull. Individual White Bull sessions and energetic healings from me are also available. Apart from the two days of silence, the daily programme allows plenty of time for reflection and contemplation and to explore and absorb the unique energy of this magical isle.

Accomodation is in characterful studios or small apartments, each with its own kitchenette and shower room. Two very quiet beaches are within five minutes walk from the small family-run complex where we stay
